Sean Murphy is the team lead and founder of Moxie Property Group, a top-performing real estate team based in Colorado. Born and raised in Youngstown, Ohio—a blue-collar steel town—Sean grew up the youngest of three, raised by a single mother who taught him grit, work ethic, and integrity.

A lifelong athlete and leader, Sean captained his high school and college track teams before moving to Denver to chase new goals. His competitive drive led to success in sales at 24 Hour Fitness, and later at Trulia, where he rose from associate to head sales trainer and was named Trainer of the Year in 2013.

After years of coaching agents across the country, Sean transitioned from the tech world to the front lines of real estate. He trained under one of Denver’s top teams before founding Moxie Property Group with the mission of delivering a luxury-level experience without ego or fluff. Today, Sean leads a growing team that’s redefining how real estate is done—from the Colorado mountains to the city streets.

Though he limits his own transactions to focus on team growth and elite-level client service, Sean is hands-on in strategy, marketing, and negotiations—especially for high-end sellers and relocation clients.

When he’s not working, you’ll find Sean hiking, , at the jiu jitsu gym, practicing yoga and meditation, or exploring the outdoors with his 16-year-old Shiba-Inu, Dartagnun. He’s also the voice behind "Somewhere in Colorado", a YouTube channel that helps buyers and sellers discover the lifestyle and communities that make Colorado special.
