Hi, I’m Nick Ankrom, a proud U.S. Marine Corps Veteran and licensed Realtor with Moxie Property Group. Licensed in Colorado, Texas, and Michigan since 2021, I specialize in working with Veterans, navigating divorce-related transactions, and identifying lucrative investment opportunities.

In 2026, he was named Team Captain, a leadership role focused on mentorship, accountability, and elevating the team’s standards.
