Hi, I’m Nick Ankrom, a proud U.S. Marine Corps Veteran and licensed Realtor with Moxie Property Group. My journey into real estate began with a mission to help others, inspired by my own experiences as a buyer and seller. Licensed in Colorado, Texas, and Michigan since 2021, I specialize in working with Veterans, navigating divorce-related transactions, and identifying lucrative investment opportunities.

I love hunting, fishing, hiking the beautiful mountains, and traveling to experience new cultures. I’m also an avid gamer and enjoy streaming on Twitch, connecting with a vibrant online community.

I’m currently pursuing a degree in Business Management, set to complete in 2025, and hold certifications as a Real Estate Collaboration Specialist - Divorce and Accredited Buyer Representative. I’m deeply motivated by building lasting relationships, not just closing transactions. My goal is to grow my investment portfolio and eventually lead a real estate team focused on education and personal growth.
